One of the most important benefits of our services to builders is it gives you back more time to manage and supervise the day to day running of your building projects as well as generating new business leads and customers for future projects. Builders use our estimating services as an additional resource when their estimating workload becomes un-manageable and/ or may not have sufficient internal resources to complete scheduled estimates for clients. Using our services gives you flexibility as you only engage us on a ‘need-to’ basis with no contracts or long term agreements/ commitments. Builders prefer to engage us so that they don’t have to employ additional estimators of their own and/ or employ any full time estimators on any basis where they may experience quiet periods of business throughout the year. Engaging our services decreases builder staff employment expenses. Avoid purchasing expensive fully automated estimating software programmes that cost $$ THOUS $$ of dollars to assist you in estimating which still requires time consuming manual data entry. Avoid having to spend time having to maintain and update all your building material and contractor rates in your own estimating software database. Avoid training time a builder would have to set aside to train their own estimators. Avoid purchasing expensive building cost guide subscriptions/ software from other external resources in order to provide current industry costing rates for labour and materials used for your quotes as their rates are inflated and using them will decrease your opportunity of remaining competitive in the market place. Avoid valuable time having to send out and chase up individual quotes for every building project so that you can remain competitive in the industry. We complete building estimates in a fraction of the time it would take you to do the same task by using our fully automated estimating software that is fully maintained in-house by our own estimators and updated on a regular basis to reflect current industry movement in labour & material cost increases and decreases. As an additional service we can provide Cost Reduction Reports where we analyse your building project in a greater level of detail and advise you of further cost reduction opportunities to consider throughout your building project to decrease costs even further.

*Applicable to renovation and extension projects only It is recommended you provide us with as many of these documents as possible so as to significantly increase the accuracy of your building estimate. Where this is not possible, we suggest you advise or give us direction on these areas of your building project. Alternatively, we make educated guesses and assumptions based on our building expertise in order to complete your estimate.

EXTENSIONS & RENOVATIONSWe recommend all renovation and extension projects have our Building Cost Estimate Option 2 completed, as the level of information and accuracy provided in the estimate is significantly increased.
