Option 1: Building Cost Estimate – Limited & Simplified
(Recommended for Designers/ Developers) This estimate gives you an approximate cost of your building project in an easy to understand summary level detail, based on m2 rates.

Option 2: Building Cost Estimate – Detailed
(Recommended for Builders) Includes itemized labour and material quantities and costing. This estimate gives you a very thorough and accurate cost of your building project in a detailed format.

- Initial face to face consultation to discuss your building project requirements - Building Cost Estimate in either or both hard copy format/ electronic copy format - Basic building glossary to help you understand the building language in your estimate - Cost saving tips & ideas - Supplier & tradespeople contacts - Face to face consultation to discuss your project once it has been completed
*Both options based on a new 25 square single storey home including garage on a concrete slab floor system.
Documents Required For Building Estimates
*Applicable to renovation and extension projects only It is recommended you provide us with as many of these documents as possible so as to significantly increase the accuracy of your building estimate. Where this is not possible, we suggest you advise or give us direction on these areas of your building project. Alternatively, we make educated guesses and assumptions based on our building expertise in order to complete your estimate.

EXTENSIONS & RENOVATIONS We recommend all renovation and extension projects have our Building Cost Estimate Option 2 completed, as the level of information and accuracy provided in the estimate is significantly increased.
