(Recommended for Designers/ Developers) This estimate gives you an approximate cost of your building project in an easy to understand summary level detail, based on m2 rates.

EXTENSIONS & RENOVATIONS
We recommend all renovation and extension projects have our Building Cost Estimate Option 2 completed, as the level of information and accuracy provided in the estimate is significantly increased.
*Applicable to renovation and extension projects only It is recommended you provide us with as many of these documents as possible so as to significantly increase the accuracy of your building estimate. Where this is not possible, we suggest you advise or give us direction on these areas of your building project. Alternatively, we make educated guesses and assumptions based on our building expertise in order to complete your estimate.
